BIKE EXERCISE FOR ABDOMEN
The abdomen should be devoid of fats to remain stiffer. Our
body tends to store more fats in belly region than any other region. The more they are stored, the more will be
hanging over the abdominal region. The exercises and diet complement each other in reducing this storage of fats in
the belly. The diet will reduce the intake of fats considerably and the exercises will exhaust the stored fats.

A mat or even a cloth is enough to spread on a flat
surface. Loose exercise type clothing will make you feel comfortable.
Exercising
The posture of air bike exercise is a bit complex and needs
attention. One should lie flat on the ground on his back with foot resting on the ground such that legs are half
folded and you can see the knees in front of you. The legs should be raised above the ground and kept horizontal
i.e. parallel to the ground. Cyclic movement should be performed by the legs. During these cyclic movements, one
leg should be pushed forward and the other leg must be pushed backward just like pedaling the
cycle.
Slowness
The slowness in doing the exercise predominantly determines
the strain imparted to the abdomen region. The maximum strain imparted to the muscles will burn out more calories
in the region resulting in stiffer abdomen free from belly fats.
Precaution
This is one of the most powerful exercises to lose belly
fat and thighs fat. You need to do this exercise perfectly in order to get maximum benefit out of it. If you can’t
