KNEE HUG STRETCH
The knee hug
stretch is the most simplest of all the stretching which can be done anytime even after finishing all the other
exercises. It provides a huge relaxing effect to the body and relives you from any kind of stress. The body is
given very minimal strain and the entire focus of this exercise is to comfort your muscles of the
body.
Procedure
Lie flat on
the ground on your back. With relaxed and minimal efforts, hug your knees with legs folded and pull it to your
chest. Hold this position and relax your facial parts like chin, tongue and cheeks. Take deep breaths and exhale
slowly. Put mild pressure on your spine and rock on to the sides with knees hugged tight by your hands. When you
move, the breathing should become rhythmic automatically. The knee hug stretch is the most comfortable of all the
stretching exercises which brings about relaxation and rest to the muscles in the body.
